Governor has signed the following bill and is transmitting the                                      
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for

    "An Act relating to the terms and duties of the members of the                                  
    State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers and Land                                  
    Surveyors; and relating to the employment and classification of an
